One Team. One Vision.

Wyrmfire Productions provides a synchronized approach to touring, eliminating the gap between creative concept and technical execution.

Creative Strategy

Focus: Narrative design, spatial geometry, and artist movement

Value: We define the emotional arc of the performance to ensure the stage reflects the artist’s brand.

Technical Infrastructure

Focus: 3D Pre-visualization, CAD drafting, and grandMA3 programming

Value: We build a resilient, arena-ready system that translates the creative vision into a technical reality.

Tour Launch and Oversight

Focus: Rehearsal management and onsite lighting direction

Value: We oversee the high pressure transition from the warehouse to the first show, ensuring a flawless launch.

What You Can Expect

  • We will spend time getting to know not only the artist and their vision for the show, but will spend time getting. to know the core team and how they operate so that we can seamlessly transition into the creative collaboration. Once we have a good grasp on the culture of the camp and the goals of the artist, we will begin working on translating that to the show itself.

  • Kimmy and Matt work on set designs as a team, utilizing her theatrical and directorial background with Matt’s technical production expertise. This tag team approach creates truly unique designs that facilitate a concert experience that is recognizable from a single photo or instagram story.

  • After strategically choosing fixtures and designing patch plans for the rig, Matt will begin programming through pre-visualization programs. This allows the most amount of time for cleaning and perfecting the lights in the show so that everything runs smoothly by show one.

  • Leading up to rehearsals, Kimmy works closely with the artist, tour manager, and production manager and is available to help curate everything from the set list to costumes, ensuring that everything the audience sees and experiences is purposeful and intentional. Once we move into. the rehearsal space, she will guide blocking where necessary, and communicate with the lighting and audio teams to make sure that the finished product is one cohesive piece of art for the audience to enjoy.

  • The Wyrmfire team will be present for the first few performances, until the whole team is comfortable and dialed in with. a consistent production. If Matt is contracted to also operate the show, then he will continue to tour with the camp and be available for any creative day of decision making necessary.
